Past Projects

Merger/Acquisition Change Lead

As the Change Lead for an entity transitioning during a merger and acquisition, I spearheaded the establishment of central communication channels and implemented feedback loops to address employee questions and concerns effectively. I collaborated closely with change and project teams from both the purchasing and selling companies to manage and streamline the uncoupling activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.

Client Migration Project/Process Documentation

I documented current state processes while working with the project team to establish the future state as the company transitioned platforms for their health benefits selection tool. To ensure all stakeholders understood what was changing, I supported internal communications, defined process ownership, and established service level agreements (SLAs) to for a seamless transition and sustained operational efficiency.

Corporate Change Department Establishment

I outlined best practices and developed standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency. Next, I defined team roles and elevated corporate change competency through executive training and coaching programs.

Leadership/Organizational Restructure Communications

I coordinated time-sensitive sessions to ensure effective and smooth transitions while developing and implementing comprehensive approaches for both internal and external communications. This included addressing cultural change considerations.
